血管再塑

    最近国外有学者提出,心血管病是一种慢性炎症和自身免疫性疾病的观点,认为免疫和炎症是内在和外在危险因素致心血管再塑和发病的中介和中心环节,应用抗炎和免疫调节治疗可以有效控制心血管疾病的发生和发展。这不仅进一步揭示了心血管病的发病本质,而且为在今后15年内研究和攻克心血管病提出了新的方向和道路。
