G Protein

    G-蛋白,又称鸟苷酸调节蛋白(guanine nucleotide regulatory protein),是位于受体与效应底物分子之间的偶联蛋白。它存在于各个组织和细胞中,是联系外部信息(如神经递质、细胞因子、激素、活性多肽等)和胞内第二信使的中间环节,参与细胞内外信息的转导。自70年代早期发现G-蛋白及Ras等GTP结合蛋白以来,G-蛋白与信号转导关系的研究已获得重大突破,并因之获得1994年诺贝尔医学和生理学奖。G-蛋白的发现具有重要的医学意义,使人们对很多疾病有了更深一层的理解。生理学家们发现G-蛋白的结构和功能改变与心血管疾病、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等很多重大疾病都密切相关。另外,G-蛋白偶联受体(GPCRS)还是一类非常重要的药物靶标,在当今前50种最畅销的上市药物中,20%属于G蛋白受体相关药物。最近对G-蛋白的研究又有很多新的进展,如发现G-蛋白偶联受体可以介导神经轴突生长的导向等。为了让广大师生了解G蛋白的最新进展,我们收集了G-蛋白相关的文献和报道260篇列举如下,更多的文献请查阅cmbi的综述查询和相关栏目:
