    骨骼在身体负担着支撑、保护、运动、造血及钙储存等功能。成长期的孩子,其骨骼形成的速度比分解的速度快,新骨可以大量积存,但 30岁以后,钙从骨骼移出的比积存的多,骨骼的密度渐渐变小,呈现中空疏松、脆弱而易骨折等現象,这就是骨质疏松症。骨质疏松症最青睐妇女尤其是绝经后的老年妇女,当然男性和年轻妇女的发病率也有上升的趋势。据世界卫生组织(WHO)统计,在50岁以上的女性中,70%的女性会出现严重的或中等程度的骨质疏松。基于骨质疏松症研究的重要性,我们特收集了近期的有关骨质疏松症的相关报道和文献120篇,其中包括骨质疏松的发病机理、骨生理及生物力学机制、流行病学及相关遗传学、骨质疏松诊断、治疗及药物开发等各个方面的报道和文献奉献给大家,更多的文献请查阅cmbi的综述查询和相关栏目:
