Animated degradation and transport of antigens that bind major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules

Stop and Play buttons: are at the bottom
of the animation, click on them at any time
Green
timebar: shows how far the animation has progressed (it is not
possible to slide this across)
Larger
arrows: major time points - if you click on
these, the animation will play from
this point
Smaller arrows: major
frames in animation - if you click on these, the animation will
stop at that point (over-ride this
with the Play button or click on another arrow.
PC with right hand mouse button: click on
the animation area and use to 'zoom in and out' and rewind or go back a frame
etc.
